To emphasise industry existent jeweller to Holy Martin de Valamas for century, a Festival of the Jewel is organised every other year, 2nd weekend of September.
Since 1995, Holy Martin de Valamas receives this demonstration with pleasure.
It is by 1860 that CHARLES MURAT, celebrates Parisian jeweller, decided to develop his activity to Holy Martin de Valamas, in the middle of Ardèche. This job of art took off at the beginning of the XXth century with the creation of other firms, using new techniques.
The Festival of the Jewel will be for you the occasion to discover this facet of Ardèche, at the same time tourist and industrial.
